Joining the CLUB is as easy 1,2,3!

Please complete EACH step. Memberships will be activated and discounts applied ONLY if we receive a COMPLETED & signed application, current pictures, required documentation and full payment. There are 3 steps to complete. During any of these steps and once your membership account registration has been established, you may SAVE your application and return at your convenience to complete. You should receive an e-mail giving you your membership login information. Remember to SAVE your PASSWORD.

For NEW members of Padonia Park Club.
List all persons and birthdates, including persons under 3 years of age, to be included on the membership; all of whom must live in the same household and be listed on the same Federal Tax Return.
Children age 17 and under must be on a membership with person(s) age 18+.
Single memberships are restricted to age 18+.
No more than 2 adults (age 18+ as of April 30 of the current year/season) per membership. See “Enrolled Student” exception below.
Proof of residency (i.e. Copy of valid driver’s license) is required each year when more than one adult is listed.
Proof of age is required if family member is under 3 years of age (i.e. copy of birth certificate) or age 62+ (i.e. copy of valid driver’s license) as of April 30 of current year.
Exempt from charges are immediate family members under 3 years of age as of April 30 of current year. Member must to be added account. Birthdate, picture and proof of age (i.e. copy of birth certificate) are required.
Enrolled Students: Persons ages 18-25 as of April 30 of current year, filing on parent/guardian Federal Tax Return, and living in same residence, may be included on family application as an additional adult with required address verification (i.e. copy of valid driver’s license). Student transcript may be required.
DIGITAL PICTURES for each person are required before membership can be processed or discount rates applied.
Padonia reserves the right to verify documentation as stated above.
